Nozbö Krit Ner (/ˈnozbo˞/ /krit/ [heavy] [analogy]) is a subtropical Town located in the Zde̜ze̜ Moot of the Viceroyalty of Rosid.
The name Nozbö Krit Ner is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Nozbö Krit Ner was founded by Erist Shuzoreth, who was culturaly Wood Elven.
Climate
Nozbö Krit Ner has a yearly average temperature of 17°C (62°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 9°C (48°F). Nozbö Krit Ner receives an average of 152 cm/y (59 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Nozbö Krit Ner covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 3404 m (11167 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Nozbö Krit Ner was founded durring the early 12th century in winter of the year 1146, by Erist Shuzoreth. The establishment of Nozbö Krit Ner was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Nozbö Krit Ner's construction back out of the project. Erist Shuzoreth pushed on reguardles, and Nozbö Krit Ner was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Nozbö Krit Ner was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Nozbö Krit Ner is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Nozbö Krit Ner is buildings are arranged within a network of crampt paverstone streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The town's cost-cutting-focused defences are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.
Looking around Nozbö Krit Ner you immediately realise that the locals are looking back at you. All of them. Everywhere you look somone is staring back at you analytically, looking over every inch of you, your gear, and your companions. As you get close to people, their hands move closer to their belt knife, or dagger. You may want to watch where you go and what you say...

Nozbö Krit Ner has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Nozbö Krit Ner has a Hall of Slayers, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Nozbö Krit Ner has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Nozbö Krit Ner's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Nozbö Krit Ner possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Nozbö Krit Ner has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Nozbö Krit Ner has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
The law within Nozbö Krit Ner is highly corrupt, or does not apply to certain favored groups or castes. Strangers might be fleeced by local lawmen, evildoers can be absolved by a payment, and powerful gentry do as they please.
Nozbö Krit Ner's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by their massive, monolithic and 'blocky' appearance with a rigid geometric style. It was best known for its rough, unfinished surfaces, unusual shapes, heavy-looking materials, straight lines, and small windows. Modular elements were often used to form masses representing specific functional zones, grouped into a unified whole.

Nozbö Krit Ner's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves line dance to channel Wild Magic energies of tier 3 via oratory performances.
